If a transfer has to be sent back
If a firearm has to be returned to the sender for any reason (DOJ denial, incorrect firearm, etc.), you will be billed a handling fee plus the shipping cost to return it:
- Handguns and long guns: $75.00 + return shipping
- Assault weapons: $125.00 + return shipping
Storage fees and unclaimed items
Storage fees are due at the time of registration.

Unclaimed firearms become the property of LC Action and may be disposed of at our discretion to cover storage and handling.
Refunds on firearms bought at LC Action
Refunds apply only to firearms that have not been registered. A 25% restocking fee applies, plus any storage fees that have built up. See our full return policy.
