Items we cannot accept back
These items are not returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect:
- Firearms
- Optics
- Sights
- Ammunition
If one of these items has a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will help you with next steps.
Firearms
- Inspect before transfer. Check your firearm carefully at your FFL dealer before you complete the transfer.
- Transferred means used. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if it has never been fired.
- No firearm returns. Firearms are not returnable.
- Fees are not refunded. FFL transfer fees and shipping fees are not reimbursed.
Restocking fees
- In some cases, a 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds on firearms bought at LC Action apply only to firearms that have not been registered, and carry a 25% restocking fee plus any storage fees. See FFL Transfers & Storage.
