FFL GUN TRANSFER FEE’S

Currently we are only doing FFL transfers for Law enforcement only

LONG GUN (Includes stripped receiver/lower) Fee= $100.00* plus $37.19 DOJ FEE

HANDGUN = $100.00* transfer fee + $37.19 DOJ Registration FEE

AMMUNITION = $35.00* per 1000 rounds/ same caliber, $45.00* per 1000 rounds/ different calibers. (AFTER 2 WEEKS STORAGE FEES WILL BE ADDED $25.00 PER 1000RD PER WEEK)

*If transferring the following weapons:

*Smith & Wesson, Beretta, Glock, Remington, LWRC, Sig Sauer, CZ, Walther, FN, Springfield Armory, Colt, Daniel Defense, Staccato, BCM, Kel Tec, Ruger, or HK add an EXTRA $50.00. (Ex. $100.00 Transfer Fee + $50.00 Additional + $37.19 CA DOJ registration fee, for a total of = $187.19)

Charge for shipping from NON-FFL (Must store for 30 days per DOJ) and to do an acquisition form is $50.00 + $100.00 transfer fee + $37.19 DOJ registration fee for a total of ($187.19)

You must wait 48 hours after weapon is delivered to LC Action before paperwork can be started.

Any firearms shipped without the correct paperwork from the FFL will be held and not allowed to be registered until all paperwork is received.

** Please Note: If the weapon needs to be returned to the FFL for any reason, DOJ denial, incorrect weapon, etc., the customer will be billed a handling fee of $75.00 plus shipping to return to the seller.
