TRANSFER FEES / STORAGE FEES / ABANDONED POLICIES

NEW GUNS/ DEPARTMENT BUYBACKS BOUGHT AT LCACTION:

Any firearms held longer than 90 days will be charged $25 per month for storage due at the time of registration. Any firearms left unregistered or unclaimed for more than 365 days or past the point where storage fees exceed the cost of the weapon will become the property of LC Action.

If the customer wants to get a refund (this only applies to non-registered firearms) there will be a 25% restocking fee (on top of any storage fees that may have accumulated) 

 STORAGE FEES FOR UNCLAIMED TRANSFER WEAPONS:

Any firearms held longer than 30 days will be charged $50 per month for storage due at the time of registration. Any firearms left unregistered or unclaimed for more than 180 days will become the property of LC Action, to be disposed of at our discretion to cover storage and handling.

ASSAULT WEAPONS TRANSFERS or NEW ASSAULT WEAPONS BOUGHT AT LC ACTION:

Any firearms held longer than 60 days will be charged $50 per month for storage due at the time of registration. Any firearms left unregistered or unclaimed for more than 180 days will become the property of LC Action, to be disposed of at our discretion to cover storage and handling.

AMMUNITION TRANSFERS/ NEW AMMUNITION PURCHASE FROM LC ACTION:

Ammunition transfer fees:  1 - 1000 rounds of the same caliber:  $35.00

Ammunition transfer fees - 1 - 1000 rounds of multi caliber:  $45.00

We ask that  all ammunition be picked up within 2 weeks after we receive it into our warehouse. If not picked up in two weeks, there is a storage fee of an  $25 per 1000rds each week the ammo is held. After more than 60 days will become the property of LC Action.
