Shipping Firearms
LC Action sells to Law Enforcement Military and Security personnel only. If the firearm is being shipped, it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide LC Action with a valid copy of the FFL before the firearm can be shipped. The FFL can be faxed or emailed to our store. Please ensure that the customer name and order number are included with the FFL.UPS Next Day Air must be selected when shipping all handguns.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THAT THE FIREARM YOU ORDER IS LEGAL IN YOUR STATE.
Shipping General Items excluding Firearms
LC Action shipping charges are for all orders within the continental United States. We send all orders UPS Ground unless specified. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, please specify a street address so we can ship your order without delay.
Your package should arrive within 3-7 business days (Monday – Friday, based on location and excluding weekends and holidays). East Coast orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days. For faster delivery options, 2nd Day Air is available for an additional charge.
Note: Some items that are oversized and/or overweight may be charged an additional fee. Items on back order are ordered from the manufacturer and shipped as soon as we receive them. Delivery time varies from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Any advertised “Free” shipping will be shipped UPS Ground only. Not overnight.
If you require overnight shipping and are placing an order on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday or the next business day. We are not responsible for lost stolen UPS orders left without a signature required. You can request a signature required for an additional $2.00.
Although our website accepts orders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, we can only process orders during our hours of operation (9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. PST Mon. – Fri.).Excluding holidays
